ENVÍOS

24-48 horas en días hábiles para Península.
¿Cuál es plazo de entrega?
Con carácter general, para los destinos en la Península, la entrega se realiza en 24-48 horas (días hábiles) desde que el paquete sale de nuestras instalaciones.
Dichos plazos pueden variar en función de las circunstancias concretas de cada pedido, como la disponibilidad del producto escogido o la zona de envío. Asimismo, en casos excepcionales dicho plazo podría verse alterado por incidencias extraordinarias en el transportista o por dificultades en la entrega de la mercancía.

Debes tener en cuenta que, durante los períodos de promoción y rebajas, los plazos de entrega pueden sufrir un pequeño retraso de entre 24 y 48 horas.
En los envíos con destino Ceuta y Melilla, el plazo de entrega es de 5 días hábiles desde su tramitación. En el caso de las Islas Canarias, el plazo de entrega es de 7 días hábiles desde su tramitación. En ambos casos, estos plazos excluyen el tiempo de retención para las gestiones aduaneras.

DEVOLUCIONES

¿Es posible cambiar o devolver el pedido recibido?

Sí, si una vez recibida la compra no quedas satisfecho puedes acogerte al derecho de devolución/cambio en un plazo de 14 días naturales desde el momento en el que recibes tu mercancía.
Se considera efectiva la devolución en el momento en el que se realiza la entrega del producto a Galán Reyes S.L.
Toda devolución deberá realizarse en perfectas condiciones, el producto debe ser enviado en su embalaje original, el artículo devuelto debe estar en perfectas condiciones sin haber sido utilizado. Una vez recibido el producto en nuestro almacén, verificaremos que está en buen estado y procederemos a enviar el nuevo artículo si has solicitado un cambio o, en caso de devolución, realizaremos el reembolso en un plazo máximo de 10 días naturales.
Galán Reyes S.L se reserva el derecho a rechazar devoluciones comunicadas o enviadas con retraso, y productos que no estén en las mismas condiciones en las cuales fueron recibidos.
¿Cómo solicito el cambio/devolución de un producto adquirido?

1. Si deseas solicitar un cambio o la devolución de algún artículo deberás ponerte en contacto con nosotros (antes de los 14 días naturales desde que recibes el producto), escribiéndonos por WhatsApp al 924533336 (en horario de 09.00 a 14.00/ 17.30 a 20.30 de lunes a viernes) o un correo electrónico a: galanreyessl@gmail.com, facilitando: número de pedido, nombre y apellidos y teléfono de contacto.
2. Para gestionar la devolución o el cambio de un producto debes preparar un paquete, bien embalado (y siempre en su embalaje original) para evitar que sufra daños en el trasporte y podamos realizar el abono o cambio sin incidencias.
Debes ponerte en contacto con una agencia de mensajería y enviárnoslo, para que lo tengamos en nuestros almacenes en menos de 10 días naturales a partir del día siguiente de la recepción de la solicitud por tu parte de cambio o devolución. En estos casos, los gastos de devolución los asume el cliente.
3. Galán Reyes S.L procederá, en un plazo máximo de 10 días naturales, que comienzan a contar desde la recepción del producto en nuestros almacenes, al cambio o al reembolso del importe total del mismo a través de bizum.

¿Tendré que pagar por los cambios/devoluciones?

La devolución o cambio de producto supone el coste que la agencia que llames tenga estipulado.
En los pedidos servidos a Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla, todas las tarifas e impuestos asociados al envío corren por cuenta del comprador de acuerdo con las disposiciones legales vigentes. Los cambios y devoluciones fuera de la península el cliente corre con todos los gastos.
En ningún caso Galán Reyes S.L asumirá la responsabilidad ni garantizará la exactitud de cualquier material o color reflejado en las imágenes.

Todas las incidencias serán gestionadas a través de los medios anteriormente mencionados teléfono 924533336 (WhatsApp) y correo electrónico: galanreyessl@gmail.com
Si algún producto te llega en mal estado o dañado debes ponerte en contacto con nosotros a la mayor brevedad posible (24 h tras la recepción del paquete) indicando tus datos de contacto y número de pedido.
Intentaremos solucionar el problema para que no te veas perjudicado en ningún momento, en estos casos Galán Reyes S.L tras verificar que el producto está mal o ha llegado golpeado procederá al cambio del mismo, sin ningún coste para ti.
Enviaremos a la agencia para que realice la recogida (embalar bien, siempre en su caja original con todos los accesorios) y enviaremos el producto de cambio, si por alguna circunstancia no tuviéramos en esos momentos el mismo producto para realizar el cambio, se te devolvería el importe del producto en un máximo de 72h hábiles tras llegar a nuestras instalaciones.
